
From our Kindergarten students stepping up this afternoon to the Class of 2025 at Bloomfield High School graduating tonight, we congratulate all our students on a successful school year!



Ms. Bouchard and Mr. Terenzio's art students have created a myriad of wonderful pieces. This year's art show, displayed in the art wing, is impressive!






Mrs. Jones' 7th and 8th grade band students earned a platnium rating from the judges for their performance on Friday. CAMS is so proud of our musicians!



Dr. Ellis, Mr. McCormack, Mr. Bessette, Ms. Calabro, and Ms. Partnow attended the 3 day middle school course by Responsive Classrooms with educators from around the nation (Vermont, Tennessee, Alabama, Illinois, and Ohio) this week. They are excited to bring back what they learned to the entire staff for schoolwide implementation!


Mrs. Eady awarded Ms. Calabro's homeroom Dunkin Donuts today for having the best attendance for the month of May! Congratulations, present students!


CAMS teachers, Mr. Taylor, Mrs. Morris, and Ms. Calabro, attended Eastern Connecticut State University Dr. Moorehead's professional development this afternoon on academic and social emotional preparation for high school and college. They gained a refreshing insight and won raffled copies of The Anxious Generation!

Bloomfield Public Schools has been busy all week showing all of our staff members just how much we appreciate everything they do on behalf of Bloomfield students. We chose the week of May 5th-9th because it's National Teacher Appreciation Week!

Mr. Bessette 's 8th grade students' completed an ELA project titled The Periodic Table of Literary Elements! Each student was tasked to select several writing concepts and create posters containing the definitions, examples, and an MLA research citation. The table is on display in the 8th grade hallway for all to admire! CAMS is proud of these students' hard work!


We are SO proud of our students and our community for a successful Apex fundraiser! CAMS collected a $9,113.94 profit!
87% of our students logged in and created their pledge pages. 46% of our students received pledges. Over 2/3 of the donations came from outside of the community. We received pledges from 21 states!

Our APEX Fundraiser COLOR GAMES took place on April 4th. The students and staff had a blast! Thank you to everyone who contributed donations that will be used to enrich our students' experiences going forward. Stay tuned for our final amount raised!

Please join us in celebrating our six History Day participants who worked on their projects for several months and showcased their hard work at the Mansfield Regional Contest. The contest took place at the University of Connecticut on March 29th. We are so very proud of their dedication and perseverance! Not only that, but we are home to the first place winners under the Junior Exhibit Board category!!!! Congratulations Javen Gamble and Lenny Reyes for a job well done!
